I had heard through the grapevine tht Chaz might come out with a peach flavor CC and oil which is my favorite smell. Has anyone else heard this and when will it be out for us to buy? Thank you

On June 1st, the Summer Honey Peach seasonal CC will be available. For his Seasonal CCs, Chaz also has an accompanying Treatment Oil and RTM. So there should be a Wen peach oil for this summer.

While the Seasonal CC is always available on the first day of the new season, usually the oil and RTM aren't made available until a few weeks later.

The CC will be available in a 16 oz size (or 32oz at Chaz's site). The Oil is a 4 oz size. I think the RTM is a 6oz size.

Also, there is a 3-pc Seasonal set (16oz CC, 2oz RTM & 1oz oil) -- This set goes quickly thought, so you need to watch out for it.

Darn right those 3 piece go fast! Last time I was up for his super early spot, put it in my cart, set an alarm for every 45 to add an item to my cart so it wouldn't put it in saved items. Somehow it still sold out and put it in saved. I was trying to save on shipping, never again

Kjelle and Auntie, I called QVC CS last week and asked about this.

I asked if I put an item in my cart and my cart didn't expire, if this meant that this item was mine to be able to purchase. And that it wouldn't suddenly not be there when I went to check out.

The CS agent told me that it was like being in a supermarket. That if the item was in my cart, that someone else couldn't so to speak "snatch" the item out of my cart.

So now I'm not sure what to think, except that maybe there was a malfunction in the computer system.

That's what I thought! Thank goodness. But now if they follow that poll they would have free shipping and this would no longer be an issue PS: I just saw the 3pc set on the ipad app and it let me buy it! The medium brush duo too!

bebe, "technical difficulties" is a way off life! Computers break when I enter a room. I think I may have been adding items to my cart after I was logged off, so it didn't refresh. Does that make sense? It is only a guess, but a few of the items I put in my cart weren't even in the saved items.

lol, it makes all too much sense. Right now I'm working with a very old Apple laptop that's has a mind of it's own since the fan got tired. I'm trying to hold out until June when the latest MacBook Air is likely to be released. I keep getting little unexpected (and unwanted) computer surprises.

I think items will expire from your cart after a certain period of time. That's how it works on most other shopping websites. QVC customer service seems woefully incompetent on anything remotely technical...
