Paula's Choice BHA 9. Gets rid of pretty much any bump in record time for me.

This has been discussed here before. Do a search on "milia" or google it if you don't get more responses. Sorry, I don't have any personal recommendations.

I second this. If anything they will come to a head and dissolve/pop. You may go to a doctor or a good aesthetician for a facial to rid of them, but you will need repeat treatments, so Paula's BHA 9 will probably be the best and not leave scarring. You treat the spots as it is strong, too strong to do parts of the face that aren't problematic.

Fresh lemon juice works. Just soak a Q-tip and apply to spots 2x a day. This will exfoliate the area to the point that you'll be able to remove the plug by gently scraping if off because it will be at the surface of the new skin. It takes a few days of continued application, but it works. Tea Tree oil will do the same.
I had a few millia spots caused by certain ingredients in the skincare I was using and out of frustration removed 2 of them and they left small marks (holes). That was before I knew about Lemon juice. I used the Lemon juice on the other 2 and no marks (scars) what so ever.

Biore pore strips after any good exfoliation that will open the top.

If they are milia, I would see a dermatologist for removal or advice.

I agree with Suzy!Q3. Go see your dermatologist, she can possibly remove them and perhaps recommend something to deal with the problem on your own.

Lemon juice is also great for age spots. I doubt too many will even try this because it's too simple and inexpensive. Love being able to use truly natural products. Thanks for sharing.

I've had some removed from the dermatologist before. She used something like a laser pen, for lack of a better description. It just took a few seconds. There will be red marks afterward that will take a little to heal. My insurance didn't cover it . I think it cost about one hundred dollars but it was well worth it.
