I don't pluck mine. I use a taupe colored eyebrow pencil & it helps them blend in. I would go with a lighter brow pencil like taupe, blond or light brown. It's like when you see some people trying to hide that they're getting grey, thinner hair & they color it a dark black. It really accentuates the grey hair & bald spots more.

I get one gray hair only in one brow occasionally. I pluck it out. It's not true that if you pluck a gray hair then two will grow back. Not gonna happen.

@White Picket Fence I use Just For Men Beard & Mustache Color, too. It's in a teal colored box.
My hair was dark brown, but it's now not really grey, but an ashy blonde shade.
I use the Blonde to blend in the grey hairs.
I still use Benefit Mighty Fine Waterproof Brow Pen (2.5 Blonde) to fill in sparse areas.

@Shanus never thought of using an old mascara Wand to brush through and up . I've been using a soft toothbrush , but now I'm going to try the mascara wand, Need to toss my old one for a new one anyways ...
I do use cuticle scissors to trim or the brow gal. Y Tanya Crooks , they actually work the best.

Suddenly my brows did the same thing! I was using Just For Men to dye them. Then I found Just For Men in a thick mascara type wand. I use an old eyebrow brush, rub along the this Just For Men wand---and wow---easier than dying!

I wish companies would make semi dark gray eyebrow products.
Elf has a dark grey eye pencil with brush included on the opposite end. It's perfect![]()

I don't use anything on my brows but maybe someday I will.
This looks interesting:

Guys are amazed by our first-ever, dye-free, temporary hair color for eyebrows & beard. Instantly touch-up grays. Fills in patchy areas. Define your lines. No risk. All reward.

@just bee I've tried that and it got very dark in a shorter amount of time. I went back to the one for mustaches.
