Help! Suddenly for about two months now I have noticed that my eyebrows have white hairs popping through my brow pencil color. I can't cover it. Why so sudden? Can anyone tell me how I can cover these white hairs? It's driving me crazy. I plucked some out which I never do. What is the best eye brow pencil? Thanks

Nope. PLUCK THEM! My brows are no more sparse by lucking my white hairs.

I agree -- there are many eyebrow mascaras out there and they cover much better than pencils, etc. I know that maybelline has at least one which I have and it comes in a tube just like a regular mascara. I have a lot of gray in mine and it really works.

I dye my eyebrows every two weeks with Just for Men Mustache and Beard dye. I still use a pencil for shaping.

I haven't had an issue with many white or grey brow hairs...yet. Every now and then, though, I get a dark one with a mind of its own. It's thicker and longer than the rest and sticks out like a sore thumb. I pluck that guy out. I'd do the same with random grey hairs too if it was only one or two and not often. But we all need to accept that our brows will eventually whiten the same way our hair will. I use RMS Back2Brow powder and I like it a lot, but it's not a pencil and it's not a drugstore price. Still, it covers well and the container lasts a very long time. When it gets used up, refills are available so you don't need to buy the actual compact part again. If you want a drugstore mascara type to cover and add some control, you could try NYX Thick It Stick It. I've used it before too.

I've used Urban Decay and other name brands but ended up liking cheap Maybelline Eye Tattoo better.
Don't use a pencil as it doesn't cover the gray.

I wish companies would make semi dark gray eyebrow products.

I agree about dying them (JUST FOR MEN MUSTACHE...5 minutes only). Please do not tweeze them. They may not grow back and leave bald areas.
After brows have been dyed (I use Lt. Blonde which comes out a natrual taupe) groom using a small old, clean mascara wand and brush them up. Use a brow gel to hold in place and trim along the top to catch the longer hairs. This will show you where pencil is needed to fill in. Use a small cuticle scissors for trimming.
I like filling in from arch to the tail and do very little to the beginning of the brow. It looks more natural and not stamped or heavy.
BTW, when brows have a few grey hairs or all grey, they should be colored close to your root shade and almost your original hair color. Using grey products you can some times lose the definition you need to frame the face.
