@jackthebear, sorry for the delay in replying!  No, the shades are not pink at all.  They are a tanish grey, not completely cool, but very wearable.  I just swatched them all on my hand to double check and not a pink cast in any of them.  Hope this helps.

it does,

I just received the Dior Backstage palette (a lot pricier than Color Pop, but i splurged during the Sephora sale!) in cool neutrals, and there is a difference. The That's Taupe palette is tanish grey, and the Dior cool neutrals palette runs toward a greyish pink and plum /lilac.  Both are really great color stories and more manageable for me than a palette with 35 colors in it!

I mean, I know I spent more money, but having a limited number of shadows to choose for a cohesive look is about what I can handle! The only large palette I have is the Charlotte Tilbury Eyes to mesmerize and that's because the shadows are divided into 'looks' to make it easy for me!  I find the smaller palettes easier to store as well.

Thanks for the heads up, this looks really nice and good for my coloring.  I’ve bought a few colourpop items and have been impressed.

I was really looking for a cool toned palette and although the color stories of both the Natasha Denona Glam palette and the large Color Pop Fox palette looked great, I find that many shadows just confuse me.  I'm not talented enough to know what shades will look best and find I need a more 'curated' collection within each palette. They both seem to have too many shimmers I can't use on my 64 year old eyelids. And the price of the ND was more than I wanted to spend.

So I opted for the Color Pop That's Taupe palette and I'm more than satisfied with it.  The shimmers are usable with a light touch of the finger on the center of my lids.  I did find that the colors are truly taupe, none of them had a true grey tone, but they are wonderful shadows to work with.  The shadows are blendable and true to color.  And the price was great.  I think it's about $14?

Hope this helps!

@Sammijo10 , this is exactly how I feel.  I love the ND Glam pallette and the Stone Cold Fox pallette but I also know me and there are just too many shadows I'd end up not using.

Hi ladies I agree  with you at 57 I find less is definitely more. I took a look and while they are beautiful and a good price, many shades would not work . I prefer to buy either single shadows or smaller palettes . Even if they cost a but more its a better value for me if I use them all

@marmarbrooklyn , I go through phases with my eye make-up but one thing is for sure with me.  Gone are the days of applying 4 and 5 shadows.  I don't have the time nor the desire.  I also don't think it looks good on me.

Just wanted to add here that the more I use the 'That's Taupe' palette, the more I like it.  So if the larger Stone Cold Fox palette is too intimidting, check out he smaller Taupe palette by Color Pop.  I find I reach for it more and more.

I've liked everything I've tried from Colourpop. Very reasonably priced too. I got their Disney Princess lipsticks a few years ago and I loved the Snow White and Belle shades. Those have been my favorites.

I just want to say every time I see the title of this thread "Stone Cold Fox" I can picture my very good friend saying this when telling me about some guy she saw somewhere (the '70s).  lol.
