Still processing? Really???

I placed my order on phil.com on the 9th and it is still processing! I don't get it. Why are they so slooooooooooow? I know I am not the only one this has happened to. You think they would work on it. I don't mind waiting a week to get something, but almost a week before it even ships? It just seems a bit long to me. I ordered 3 body scrubs, not a massive order. Oh well, delaying the gratification gives me another delivery to look forward to! I love getting stuff in the mail!
