I agree! I hate the pretend applying of products when they are already clearly heavily made up. The foundation demos DEFINITELY need to be applied to a bare face once in awhile.

To the OP -------- Start from scratch?
If a vendor is demonstrating blush, eyeliner or shadow, I don't think it really matters if the model is already wearing a foundation base! By now, most women already know how to apply makeup and the vendor can focus on the demo and explanation of the blush or whatever. IMO, a bare face isn't necessary.
