@Linmo wrote:If you watch the simply irresistable video, it's obvious that Stacey is the one indicated in the earlier post and the thread from 2 years ago. Just look at the eyes. For whatever reason, she mis-spoke and said she was in the addicted to love video. She could have been in it and been cut for the final product or maybe she made a mistake and doesn't want to correct herself, but IMO it's not a big deal.
I think she mis-spoke too. She's mentioned she was in Simply Irresistible a number of times over the years. Almost every time the host would say Addicted To Love, and Stacey would correct her. I've even heard Stacey when she described which one she was. She said the first one to the left of Robert Palmer, to his right. She's even posted it on Facebook.
I heard it last week too when Amy brought it up and said Simply Irresistible. I think Stacey mis-corrected her by saying Addicted to Love. That was the first time I hever heard her say that. She did have the TS that day and could have been really tired.
There are no dancers in Addicted To Love. I think if she was in that, she would have mentioned which instrument she was "playing."
I do think that's her in the picture I posted. If it's not, lets look for her in I Didn't Mean To Turn You On. ![]()

I found another incorrect statement written on Colleen Lopez's blog in 2013. She said, "The Gorgeous Stacey was one of Robert Plant's stunning guitar playing models on his Simply Irresistible video - Wowza!" There are no guitar playing models in Simply Irresistible.

And she also stated Robert Plant instead of Robert Palmer?

I can appreciate your giving her the benefit of the doubt and or wanting her to be truthful but then why aren't her employees setting us straight? Instead they choose to confuse the situation? And after all of this I decided to look for some of her modeling pics from the 80s. I can't find a single one. No magazine covers nothing. And let's face it anything published can be found on the internet whether you want it there or not..

@AndreatooMaybe her employees are like many CS reps who don't really know the answers to a lot of specific questions and just give a pre-packaged answer. Who cares?
If you like her products, then use them. If not, then move on and give it a rest.

She does great demonstrations and goes bare faced
who else does THAT?
I'd love to know which video. Her memory is clearly flawed.

@San Antonio GalIt's possible that the error is on the part of Collen Lopez when writing her blog and not Stacey. I am a Led Zeppelin fan, but in my old age of 58, I sometimes mix up their 2 names. IMO, you and @Andreatoo are taking this too far.

Are you saying that it sincerely doesn't phase you that her entire history could be purely fabrication? Let's assume that it is; are you saying it doesn't bother you in the least?

@Andreatooyes, that is what I am saying. With everything that is going in our country and the world, it's not that important.
