I have not tried either yet. I have read reviews where posters say that SHP is more moisturizing than SHL. I am sure I have a SHP in my stash and I just received the SHL so I really need to try both and see which I like better. I think I read that SHP will be back in June.

No I don't think it compares to SHP in terms of my personal results. SHP is more moisturizing and gives me more shine. I also like the scent of SHP better but if you like lilacs alot and menthol scent, you'd probably like SHL better.
