I have noticed recently that a lot of my shipments from HSN/QVC are shipped via UPS and then when it gets to my town it is turned over to USPS for delivery. I don't like it since it adds a day or two to the delivery time. Is this determined by the shopping channel because it is cheaper to ship that way or does Brown do that when the package size is small?
Also, Brown usually rings the doorbell when they deliver, but not necessarily USPS. It's hot outside and hubby found my order of brownies from David's Cookies (HSN) sitting on the west-facing (hot sun) front porch. I was in the house, so I would've known if they had rung the doorbell.
