So frustrating..

I went to look at the February InsideQ and I get this message (in red) that our records indicate you are not an InsideQ subscriber. Uh, yes I am and have been every since it came out. So I call CS and the have to "investigate it." She also said that I should be receiving it the 1st week of every month. I never receive mine before the 18th of the month.
