To my surprise for the first time I read the ingredients in my IT CC cream. The first ingredients is water, the second is snail secretion. I looked up what the makeup world had to say about this and it turns out it's very good for my face. Well knock me over with a feather!

Yes...elastin, glycolic acid, hyaluronic acid... to name a few of the stuff in that stuff.

Yes, and each and every time I apply it, I think of the snail slime I'm putting on my face.  I must be out of my mind.

Sort of how I felt when I first learned one of my favorite ingredients in hot and sour soup is tree fungus!   It's still one of my favorite soups though.

I figure it's better than the insect parts that we all ingest in our foods. Cereal, flour, dry packaged mixes etc etc etc. And, the government sets guidelines on the amounts that CAN be in our food products!  Icky ick.

OH NO....I thought the IT CC was cruelty free.  The TSV is going back...read about snail extraction harvesting.  Like any animals that are harvested for human consumption...cruelty is involved.  I loved the CC results...but I won't support the means.  This product is being returned tomorrow.
