Smashbox TSV

Hi,

I saw the link to the new TSV. When is this available? I saw a kit at Ulta which has the waterproof eyeshadow palette and a blush plus 3-4 other items for either $38 or $39. With my Ulta Club points I can get $9 off. Has anyone used the collection I am talking about? I think it is also on the SB web site...I will try and find the name. Any reviews is someone has it.
