Slow order processing location

I am usually pretty lucky in that I receive my WEN orders within 3-4 days, but I have noticed that items that are processed through their facility in South Carolina take much longer. I ordered the 4oz SMC oil last Wednesday, and it didn't even have a tracking number assigned until Sunday, and didn't show up in UPS system until Monday - with delivery scheduled for Friday of this week.

I wonder why that location takes so much longer? I am an impatient WENner and I want my SMC oil now darn it! {#emotions_dlg.lol}

Has anyone else noticed a difference in processing times?
