I placed an order on November 6 and still haven't received my order yet. I believe it's coming by regular mail and is suppose to be here tomorrow. I remember the days when I would get an order in 1 or 2 days by UPS, I guess it's a way of them saving money. While I'm on the subject of UPS, I had to take my mother to the doctor (spent 2 hours there) and just knew I was going to receive a package today (I'm always home,but the one day I'm not it comes)!Anyway I'm coming down the block before mine and see a UPS truck. I pull up onto my driveway and what do I see but my package sitting on my porch for everyone to see! It couldn't have been there long since the truck was only around the corner but it could have been taken by anyone. It was small and I don't see why the driver can't just put it in the screen door. This really annoys me!

They do the best they can with the limited amount of time the drivers are given. I'd bet you can contact and sign up for a signature only on future deliveries.

I think this is an issue with your local post office. I placed an order last Friday and received it Monday.

I ordered last Thursday and my package was delivered by a company called Lasership in less than 24 hours I thought that was amazing

I just ordered from them for the first time and was amazed how quickly my order arrived. As someone else said..maybe it is the carrier that is the problem.

Gosh I made 2 separate orders from them last week during their F&F and both came SUPER fast - like 2 days. My sephora order, however from the VIB sale is still sitting in "sent to warehouse" status since the 6th.....grrrr.........so much for their free 3-day shipping....
