Skinstore problems with orders??

Has any one had problems ordering from Skinstore?

I only received 1 item out of 5, I didnt even get an email saying the other items were out of stock, I found out when the package arrived AND I was billed the full $60 plus for the 1 $10 item that they shipped! I just got my card statement today and was charged the full amount on 12/17!! This was my first order so I was just wondering if this is the norm for them.
