@BExplorer wrote:I'm hoping for a good deal on Dermapeel. I passed on that ginormous TTV a while back, thinking I would always have plenty from kits I buy. Well, I have given a couple tubes away for people to try and now I'm running low. 😱
@BExplorer - I also use DermAppeal. Don't like the tube dispensing, so I saved several empty DermAppeal jars and transfer the product from tube to jar.
There are several configurations posted that includes DermAppeal. The new Mystery Box has it. If you use the cleansers, the Double-Double Anniversary kit is the best value. This year the size is even larger.
They still have some left, so if they take pricing down to the TTV price, jump on it. I might pick up another one if the pricing is reduced, including shipping.

@JeanLouiseFinch wrote:I have't had any problems with the Line Lift dispensing appropriately. I don't stick the nozzle right on my face, though, like they did in the demo's. I shake the can, put a little plop on my fingers of my left hand, and then us a right finger to spot apply where I want it. After it sits a few seconds, I rub it in. I like it and will stick with it.
I don't stick the nozzle on my face. I only use a small amount per application since I only have a few lines, dispensing it on my hand, then applied as spot treatment.
There is definitely a dispenser issue. If they don't fix it, they will be dealing with lots of complaints, returns and cancelled auto delivery orders. And then the item will be discontinued as it should be, unless they can provide a reliable effective dispenser
I would also discourage anyone from buying multiples or 'stocking up.' Evine is horrible when it comes to returns and, truly assisting customers. They couldn't care less
Welp, call me a liar. We must be using our Line Lift at approximately the same rate, @Chi-town girl. I like the product a lot, but last night I shook it up and when I pressed on the "button", I had to press down really hard for the product to even dribble out. It wasn't very foamy either. Like you, I'm beyond the return/exchange window.

That's what I went through with the Kate Sommerville product. Same nozzle used as in the Skinn product. Frustrating and the waste....last time I bought it.

Regarding the faulty pump on the Line Lift -
I emailed Skinn Cosmetics this morning about my experience - will report back when I get a reply from them.
I also just got off the phone with Evine customer service. The rep was very nice and willing to help. At first, I don't think she understood the problem, but eventually she did. She offered me a $10 credit against a future purchase to make up for the faulty pump on my current can. I was happy to accept this since I plan to purchase the PEP40 cream anyway.
I then mentioned the reviews and how many of them talk about the faulty delivery system and asked how the problem was going to be address on future shipments. She said I had 30 days to return the next shipment if it's also bad. I explained that the current pump went bad after 30 days and customers should be able to expect the pump to last as long as there is product in the can. Theoretically, that should be 60 days since that's recommended auto delivery time frame, but it could also be shorter or longer depending on how much a person uses at a time. Since I am on auto delivery, she made a notation on my account just in case the next can also goes bad. In additions, she said she was glad I called so they can bring the problem to Dimitri's attention. I have a feeling he or someone on his team reads the reviews (hope so anyway) so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the problem gets addressed. In the meantime, if you've had a problem I suggest calling Evine's CS and also email Skinn so we get them to take notice.
I wonder if the contents of the product needs to remain under pressure? I don't really think so since it's still useable and working for me even though the foaminess diminished. I wonder if it's possible to get a small version of a non aerosol bottle (think WEN mousse, Beekman mousse, Bath & Body Works foaming hand soap)? I sure hope this problem gets corrected quickly. I'd like to continue with the product.

Oh, dang @JeanLouiseFinch . I didn't think you were being dishonest. It's too bad about the dispensing problems b/c the product itself is effective at least for some of us. Sorry to read this has happened to you. It's not a user error or problem.
I hope every customer that is having problems with the dispenser calls Skinn directly. This is not an Evine issue. Skinn needs to compensate customers and fix the dispensing issue.

@JeanLouiseFinch - thank you for taking action and the update. When I shake the bottle, there is still alot of liquid swishing in it, I think at least 1/2 full. Nothing will come out no matter how hard I try to push it. Took the cap off, pushed on the stem, nothing.
Skinn needs to examine the defective bottles. Frankly, they should stop selling it until they fix the issue. I have zero confidence in the current dispenser and last thing I want/need is to deal with more returns and calls to CS.

Thanks @Chi-town girl. I did buy this TTV and thought it was a great value because I use every item in the kit! I am knee-deep in cleansers, though. 😀

Jusit a warning @JeanLouiseFinch--that's how mine started (had to push down really hard on the dispenser to get a dribble) but a couple nights later I couldn't get any product out at all.

Per Skinn Facebook page, there are 3 "new, unique skincare products" for this visit.
We know the Peptide Cream is one. What are the other 2 new products???
