I received my order today and was dismayed to find that one of the foundations and the concealer had clearly been tested. The paper seal on the concealer was lifted partially off, and there was a fingerprint in the product. One of the foundations had very clear scrape marks on it. At first I thought maybe the plastic protective cover had been smooshed onto it, but I could tell by the intact foundation that was not the case. I also ordered the Plasma Foundation Brush, and although it was securely wrapped in a cellophane bag and in a plastic bag, when I flicked my fingers through the bristles, something powdery was released. I don't know if that was how it was packaged, but I wouldn't feel comfortable using it. Called CS, and the rep apologized and sent me a UPS label to use. She said it would all be credited for me. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.
