I was on auto ship for this with Evine. Now that Skinn is on HSN, I can not find it on HSN or even on the Skinn Cosmetics web site.  So there I am.😡

I emailed Skinn CS  asking about it, and they do not answer my emails(?)

I know many many of you were also using this. It is so frustrating with Skinn products how they get you hooked and then they discontinue the product or whatever.  I am very disappointed.

I have the same problem. I love the Collagenesis body butter and it has disappeared. I have seen the Line Lift on ebay at pretty reasonable prices. I actually bought one several years ago. He has his own manufacturing facility so I don’t understand the shortage of most of his products.

The whole SKINN line seems to be a big mess. I find his skin care is ordinary but I  do like some products like the AM PM face washes and the Neck Amour but am moving on with so many choices available, it is not worth the frustration to me any more! It seems a lack of available products that are even available to  purchase? I liked the kits to try items and reasonably priced but changed and not in a good  way to me. It also is irritating when no one replys to a question.

I think he is going to lose a lot of his customer base unless he steps it up.  I am frustrated and ready to just move on to another line that does not drop a favorite product that I love constantly.

Dimitri knew he was moving to HSN. He also sells his items from his website, so he maintains stock of all those products.

It was so short-sighted for him to make that move and expect to take all his customers with him--without making sure he had their favorite products ready to purchase.

If something is going on behind the scenes, he needs to let everyone know. People can be understanding (to a point) if you let them in on your struggles. If he doesn't say anything and lets us go without the products we have trusted him to provide, he will lose customers.

If there's nothing to buy, and you need body butter---you find a replacement. Ultimately it's not about patience. It's about having your moisturizer or not.
