I discovered Eve Lom about 6 months ago.  I am 73---with the normal 73 wrinkles and worries.  Let me tell you----I believe I would go so far to take out a loan if needed to purchase these products. (They are pricey--but cheaper than microneedling etc.) LOL  My face has shown a dramatic diffference.  My friends have even commented on it.  Believe me, in the last 40 years I have tried SO MANY brands, expensive, to me, Dept. store, drug store and cosmetic store products.  This is the first one that has made a difference.  I got mine on the Macy's website during a sale. So far, I have used the cleanser and the gold line products.  Hoping for a good Black Friday sale on their site!

@monicakm, I love Tarcha for cleaning my face. Also use Essence. Went to order Tatcha prices keep getting higher. Blaming on Tariffs. Wonder if Tatcha has been sold to a different comp. May I ask what brands you are using. Need new PERFUME advice. I appreciate your advice always. Hope UTI better. SLIGO

I have never found a vit. c that didn't at some point leave my face red and blotchy.  The least irritating has been Derma E vit. c.

@Sooner - have you ever tried a Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate Serum? THDA is the best form of topical vitamin c, yet very gentle and suitable for sensitive skin.

@JeanLouiseFinch Probably because I've tried so many and you know what?  I don't need one.  It's something that I truly think I don't need.

@monicakm   Starting over? Go simple and use only what you absolutely need. Splash of water in the morning, Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream and I use Skinceuticals SPF (but find a brand you like).

At night, an oil cleanse with Kiehl's, Retin A 3 days a week and Skinceutical's 2:4:2 heavier moisturizer the other nights.

I don't use acids because with the Retin A, it irritates my skin. The area around my sink is now pristine with so few products.

Tatcha was sold to Unilever for an estimated $500 million in 2019.

I have used Clinique for almost 50 years. The moisture creams have changed through the years but I still use their bar soap and #3 astringent. I have very only skin also. I just turned 71 ... this week ... and have been told I look like in my 50's. I'm just starting to get a few crow feet around my eyes. I love this product. Love their mascara in the green tube as well. Good luck.

Every adult needs to use a vitamin C serum. It's the best, most reliable and affordable antioxidant that you can use today. Antioxidant protection will help your skin keep younger looking as you age by reducing free radicals which cause skin to age. If you don't know what a free radical is...

"In skincare, a free radical is an unstable molecule with an unpaired electron that can damage skin cells, leading to premature aging signs like wrinkles, fine lines, and uneven pigmentation. These damaging molecules are created by both natural bodily processes and external factors such as UV radiation, pollution, and smoking. To combat their effects, skincare products often contain antioxidants, which neutralize free radicals by donating an electron and preventing them from stealing electrons from healthy cells, thereby preventing cellular damage and oxidative stress."  google AI

Milky essence - Current favorites - Haruharu wonder Black Rice Probiotics Barrier Essence & Numbuzin no9 essence.

Vitamin C - I alternate between these 2, Numbuzin no 5 serum and Lab Direct Power Punch.

Ordinary serums - Lactic acid 10% & Multipeptide hair serum

you didn't ask but I also use a fermented ampoule/serum every single day - my favorites Ma:nyo bifida-biome-complex-ampoule or Numbuzin no 3 serum.
