Skin is a disaster!

Hello beauties.. plz help.. i have tried o so many things and my fingers are too tired to type em all out... in a nutshell.. skin oily.. chin a disaster breakouts....dry patches .. mostly on chin trying to combat breakouts.. REALLY need good advice on hydration therapy.. so broke on spending bucks on 'so called remedies" mucho QVC love to you all
