When I remember to change I do.  I am afraid that changing too much will mess up my skin.

No,  the same routine year round in a climate that changes drastically.

Just a few weeks ago when it was very warm I tried an acne cleanser to see if it would be better.  My skin reacted badly so back to my trusted Ponds.

I never used to change my skincare with the season, but all that changed last winter. I found that my very oily skin wasn't so much so anymore and it was very dry especially during late winter. I swapped out my moisturizer until late spring.

I do not change but I make sure I use my Marula oil every night after cleansing in fall/winter.  Sometimes in the spring/summer, I will alternate with a moisturizer.

In my neck of the woods, we experience 4 seasons. But I am pretty much balanced, so rarely change anything. Except if I try something different. Or, if I'm outside and the weather is frigid, I might do an extra dab of moisturizer, especially around my eyes.

I may use less of a product in the Summer than in the colder months but I pretty much keep it the same. My skin is dry so I also have highly emollient creams on hand but in the Summer I can use a little less.

4 seasons here, so the only thing I do is add in a couple drops of Argan oil to my serums at nighttime in the winter. Otherwise, everything else stays the same.

Out here on the prairie, winter air gets very dry for a couple months.  Even with my oily skin, I need more moisturization from December to mid-February every year.  So yes, I will change my skin care slightly in winter.  I use Pond's CC as my cleanser for sure, and use a heavier moisturizer.  My cheeks sometimes get chapped.  Not a good look.
