I've always felt that the ritual of drinking tea reduces stress.

 

That has to be good for the skin!

Thank you for sharing.  I drink a ton of tea.  I like it cold.  It is better sweet, but I don't drink sweet drinks.  Too much sugar for me.  Tea is also a nice ritual.
