Any thought or additions thank you all
No antioxidants, peptides or chemical exfoliation? What do you do for skin turnover? No retinoids, equivalent? What you are describing is bare bones for a teen with either zero collagen loss, no skin damage from past or current smoking, alcohol, sun...the environment, menopause etc. And age. Skincare is self care. Not expensive.
@BeautyLver I keep my slincare as simple as possible. I have never smoked and was never a drinker. I had and still have sensistive oily skin.
How you do or don't take care of yourself, your skin...your choice. You are on the Beauty Forum where others use, discuss all aspects of skincare. Who are interested in taking care of the health of their skin. Best they can. Most especially approaching, during and post menopause.
@BeautyLver Then I guess I will leave, thanks I guess I have no place here
@I am still oxox - EVERYONE is welcome here - whether you have a cleanse and moisturize only skin care routine to the person who has a 12 step skin care routine. EVERYONE is welcome to ask questions, to ask for suggestions and/or guidance. Noone should be criticized for what they do or don't do in their skin care routine or how they take care of their skin.
I guess I would be made to sit at the cootie table because that's about all I do. Some days I don't even remember to use a moisturizer.
Same with me there are days I don't remember to use a moisturizer so I'll be at the cootie table (too funny) with you ![]()

Cootie table - I love it!! I'll be right there with you. Cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen. Lots of compliments on my 77 yr old skin, so why do anything else?

😂😂😂😂
And more! Why I continue to have such great skin year after year. Just gets better and better. Same as tens of millions...both women and men, worldwide experience. Learning, educating ourselves...a wonderful thing.😊

I think genes have more to do with how our skin ages than anything else, of course staying out of the sun and using sunscreen is important. Also not smoking.
My 93 year old mother in law has never done anything for her skin and she looks great!

@I am still oxox It is maddening when this forum goes off topic. The question was clearly stated. How do YOU simplify your vacation skin care routine.
And the query referenced the conservation of packing space.

Try to do my normal routine on vaca, minus a few items. Do not do my normal retinol or exfoliating on vaca, can cause me irritation!
enjoy your trip! I have one planned soon too!

Exact same as you! Try to keep my regular routine minus what may cause reaction(s) via the sun. Focus on lots of SPF and hydration, hydration, hydration!!
