Also at night simple cleansing towel and toner and moisturize.
. We will be on a cruise ship and then in a moderately warm climate
Any thought or additions thank you all
No antioxidants, peptides or chemical exfoliation? What do you do for skin turnover? No retinoids, equivalent? What you are describing is bare bones for a teen with either zero collagen loss, no skin damage from past or current smoking, alcohol, sun...the environment, menopause etc. And age. Skincare is self care. Not expensive.
@BeautyLver , I got the impression she was asking about what necessity she needed for the cruise, not what to add to her usual routine. I never take everything when I travel. I take the bare necessities only.

I never take everything I use on a vacation. Just the basics. Facial cleanser or wipes, a serum & moisturizer with sunscreen.

@I am still oxox - I would suggest a facewash that you know will take off sunscreen or get a travel size balm like Clean It Zero so that you are sure you are taking off your sunscreen at night. Also, maybe an eye cream or gel that would hydrate that area. I'm assuming you will be outdoors sightseeing or, hopefully, relaxing by the pool and you want to make sure your undereye area is hydrated and protected with sunscreen. Most importantly, have fun!
@JudyL Thank you for the name of the cleanser, I have never used an eye cream. I have super dry eyes and scared there might be a reaction

Yes, I know. However, she uses basically nothing. So, there is nothing to "add" when travelling. And like most, don't take everything when travelling either.

I don't see that as basically nothing, thats about what I do also. That is your opinion but if her skin is happy who cares, my skin is fine and I don't have many wrinkles for my age.

@I am still oxox - EVERYONE is welcome here - whether you have a cleanse and moisturize only skin care routine to the person who has a 12 step skin care routine. EVERYONE is welcome to ask questions, to ask for suggestions and/or guidance. Noone should be criticized for what they do or don't do in their skin care routine or how they take care of their skin.
Thank you @JudyL! Everyone needs to see your post. I don't use much either, more in the past year.
And I don't get on here as much as I'd like to, but when I do I am so thankful for the posters here who help me and give me advice! ![]()

I would take a very good cleanser in a small bottle, a great sun screen, a decent moisturizer, a tube of concealer to spot treat and smooth around and tint your sunscreen, and a mascara. Also for me, a little tube of ROC undereye cream.
I might also take some small inexpensive face cloths to use and pitch along the way.

@BeautyLver I keep my slincare as simple as possible. I have never smoked and was never a drinker. I had and still have sensistive oily skin.
How you do or don't take care of yourself, your skin...your choice. You are on the Beauty Forum where others use, discuss all aspects of skincare. Who are interested in taking care of the health of their skin. Best they can. Most especially approaching, during and post menopause.
@BeautyLver Then I guess I will leave, thanks I guess I have no place here

I guess I would be made to sit at the cootie table because that's about all I do. Some days I don't even remember to use a moisturizer.

That was very gracious of you to post this lovely response.
You help make this forum a welcoming one and I'm sure @I am still oxox appreciates your sentiments. There were some unnecessary comments and not helpful.
I sure do appreciate it and thank you ![]()
