Shower Puffies...

I'll admit, this is a weird topic. You know those shower puffies we all use for our shower gel? How often do you replace them, and do you ever launder them? I launder mine in a lingerie bag, on a gentle cycle. I may or may not feel like a total nerd asking this...lol.
