Shower Gels not eligible for return???? huh?

I had ordered a set of 3 shower gels which were shipped on the 20th of this month (May) and today is the 23rd. When I went to print out the return label (thru out one in package)

a screen comes up after the one that tells your 2 options of shipping that this is not eligible under Q's return policy. And some other nonsense about a warranty from the company.

I returned a set of 2 shower gels sometime last year and that was fine. I don't understand why they won't allow a return label to be printed. Probably last time I had my invoice to use.

I threw it out because I opened each one to sniff the fragrance and they seemed fine. UNTIL I tried them today and when using them in the shower there is hardly ANY scent!!!

Don't want to pay that much for something with no scent after all I could go up to any department store or drug store and buy something with scent for much less money. The unusual scents are part of the reason I buy Philosophy.

By the way, it was a OTO trio of orange, lemongrass and lime blossom. I was so bummed.

I was looking forward to the orange as I was going to buy that one separately prior to this OTO. I am glad I didn't. Actually the lime blossom was the best but still faint in scent.

Emailed CS with my order number, got email back saying they need the order number and item number!! I DID give the order number which they could look up and find the item number. Is this a stall? When you email it asks you to list the item or order number in their form online. I don't get it.

Will try again.

Anyhow unless I know for sure I will like the scent, I am done ordering the new shower gels. They need to add some more scent Please to them. Not worth the money otherwise.
