Shower Gels as Hand Wash?

Does anyone ever use their shower gels or 3 in 1's as hand soap? I am overrun with Phil of all sizes and I haven't bought any for a long time. I was using Kings & Queens by Korres as a hand wash. I found them marked down to a $1.97 at Nordstrom Rack in my fav scent of Queen Isabella-an orange/cinnamon. I know they're not anti-bac but I assume they clean as well. I always use it when I'm at hotels since they never have liquid hand soap and I hate hotel bar soaps. I gotta make a dent in this category.
