Should I purchase as a gift?

I tried to post before, so bear with me if my question comes up twice.

I am considering purchasing this for my daughter for her 45th birthday. She has beautiful fair skin, and just started a new manager job, and thought it might be a fun gift for the new yr. I don't want ot offend.
