Short pixie cut...which one and how long will 32oz last for me?

Tempted by TSV. Short hair, thick, mostly straight with slight curl in back, 40% gray, permanent color. Hair in good condition now.

Questions:

I'm thinking of Sweet Almond Mint...I have a soy allergy and suppose I should avoid the products he has with soy, do you agree?

How long will 32oz bottle last for me with the short hair???
