I don't just go by QVC information as I copy and paste the tracking no in UPS Tracking.
However, now I am going to eat my words because yesterday, UPS Tracking indicated that I will be getting both items today. Yes, today. I am getting the It Cosmetics Brush Set from QVC that I purchased last Saturday and the Hagit Earrings that I purchased two days prior on Wednesday with the $3.00 shipping each.
Now, let's compare the It Cosmetics Brushes that I bought directly from Jaime's site on the same day, Saturday. Yes, I didn't know which set to get so I got both and will figure out what to do as I will keep some and gift the rest to someone else. Anyway, this delivery is coming on Monday.
Let's compare something that I bought from HSN and I haven't purchased anything from HSN in a very long time. That took forever to ship out and when it did, it was sent UPS Sure Post which is the very, very cheapest way to ship anything out and is now changed to a day later to next Wednesday. That is taking 5 extra days.
QVC, isn't so bad afterall! ![]()

The faster shipping now is just for the Holidays - it will go back to snail shipping after the holidays.

Add 92 before the 7. That will give you the correct USPS tracking number.

QVC's processing time is way too long. I purchased a Swag Way on 12/12 knowing the shipping date would be 12/29 and a EDD of 1/5, which I was okay with. The item finally was marked shipped on 12/31, but when I go to UPS and input the tracking # all they have in their system is "billing info received", so the item really hasn't even shipped yet as of 1/3.
I also placed a few other orders.
Order placed 12/29 status shows shipped 12/31 UPS showing "billing info received" as of 1/3 still not actualy shipped.
Order placed 12/31 status still shows processing as of 1/3
Order placed 1/1 status shows shipped on 1/2 UPS showing "billing info received" as of 1/3 still not actually shipped.
I don't understand why something I purchased on 1/1 is already showing a status of shipped, but Item's I purchased before 1/1 is still showing processing. When you call customer service to find out the staus they have no information and just tell you what you already see on your account. Very useless customer service in my opinion.
