Shipping issues Not HAPPY

Any one else had a problem with this. I ordered two different things from Dr. Denese skin care. They both shipped separate on the same date. One arrived today and the other says shipped on the same day. It has a tracking number but it was never updated just says billing info received. Called customer service no help! Then called ups and they said Qvc would have to launch the investigation of where it is. Called Qvc back and the rep said It might be coming from a warehouse to a ups hub and hasn't got there. The hub is 2 states away from me and it has been 4 days no weekends. Then they show it has shipped 4 days ago and I have already been charged but I just have to wait. Qvc customer service rep said it happens all the time. I told her It never happened to me before.

Any one else had this happen?
