I guess they must not have any distribution centers out west. My orders always seem to ship from PA, NC, SC or NJ and they usually take 2-3 days to reach me. To the west coast I guess there is usually a weekend delay, plus an additional couple of days transit time. That must be aggravating.

I agree. I ordered some things and it seemed like they were delayed, but came when they should.

I liked the WWC so much that I put the 32 oz on AD. My status on Q still shows In Process & AD shows Pending. UPS delivered it today. Maybe Q is behind with updating your order status.

I ordered the TSV seasonal scents and the package was supposed to arrive by Dec 12th. Still hasn't arrived. I called customer service today and was told that it is probably lost. Since the items are no longer available they are issuing a refund. I am SO disappointed.
