Shipping Restrictions??

I am a new WEN girl! I was so excited that my absolute FAVORITE flower fragrance was the new spring scent. So I promptly ordered it; and cancelled. I checked my estimated shipping date on a whim and it said the Gardenia and Green Tea CC could not be shipped to my area because of restricted shipping. {#emotions_dlg.crying} All the other flavors are okay, but not this one. Anyone know why? I live in South Dakota.
