I usually get my order at least one day before the EDD. However, This order was promised to me today, and has not even been updated in two days. The Q blames it on the PO, but the PO told me that they used the cheapest way possible to send it and that is why it is taking so long. My mailbox is a half a block away, not in my driveway and because of hip and foot problems I have to drive to get my mail so it is a real pain when you are expecting something, and you do not want it sitting in the hot mailbox. Even their customer service people are not so great anymore, either, but I know that is a very hard job, and I guess they are tired of listening to people complaining all day of how the Q is going downhill.
