Shipping Cost Error?

I was looking at the It Cosmetics concealer + brush. Q is sold out in my color, so I looked at the concealer WITHOUT the brush. Shipping for the concealer + brush is $4-something. Shipping for the concealer alone is $5.72. How could it cost a dollar more to ship less product???? In what universe does this make sense? {#emotions_dlg.mad}
