Ship time for STO orders?

I am wondering what the standard shipping time is for orders from Shea Terra? I placed my first order 2 weeks ago, I got an email they processed it a week ago Monday, but still have not received anything. Is this how long their orders normally take? I couldn't find a place anywhere on their site to track an order.
