I just got off the phone with Ray in customer service. He was so SWEET and VERY HELPFUL.
I placed an order with him and started discussing new products. I told him I could not use any of the new oils if they had Argon Oil in them. Explained that I had 3, 2oz. bottles that I had ordered with my first order. I had cystic acne from using the Argon Oil on my face. He asked me why I had not returned them for something else. I explained that it was just past the week time line for exchanges. He told me that it would be no problem to return them NOW for any other products that I would like. When I placed that first order I did not know that it would be a monthly % off sale so I bought 3 bottles to last for awhile. Never dreaming that I would have such a reaction to the Argon. I only received 20% on my first order because the 30% had just ended. (They were gracious enough to give me 20% because at that time there was no sale.) So I will be returning those Argon Oils and choosing anything from their website that I would like. Now that is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I could not be happier with this company and a certain someone on these boards (Can I say SPINA) is giving out ALOT of false information on this company. They are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. They are behind on the shipping due to only having 4 people working and about 1200 hundred orders going out a month. (I asked Ray about the size of their business.) So with a little patience we will all receive our products with the assurance that they are VERY WILLING to help with any problem we may have.
So ladies do not be afraid to order from STO and YES they are willing to do what it takes to satisfy any issues that you may have.
