Shadow Sticks...Why me?

What am I doing so wrong? I have now tried Mally's, BB's, and Tarte's new shadow stick duo. They all cause my eye liner to transfer. I'm careful to allow time for them to set...lots of time. I've used different primers, no primer, tried powdering over the liner and shadow, and still this happens. I also have the shadows disappear after a couple of hours. What gives?

You all love them, and I do to for about thirty minutes.

Who's got the secret for me?{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
