Sephora returns

I was reading reviews of a brightening serum and several said they tried it, had a negative reaction and returned it. Can used products be returned to Sephora? I was under the impression items could not be returned if opened.

Yes, Sephora will take back used products. They do make some determination as to how much was used, but they are very liberal.

They even give you a return label so you ship it back for FREE.
