Sephora Website

I know my bad but I was unaware that if you place an order on Sephora's website they are then unable to cancel or modify the order. I placed an order accidentally and immediately sent a request to cancel it. They sent me an email stating they can't cancel my order and I will just have to return it when I get it. I guess I will be thinking twice before placing another order with them. Even the Q allows you to cancel a order before it's being processed. Thanks just needed to vent for a moment.
