I can't wait to try the Hourglass Ambient Lighting!! It was shipped yesterday. I lugged 4 boxes out of the post office yesterday LOL Hey... more samples for me! I just bought Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade. Great reviews.

I picked up the ambient lighting palette yesterday. The verdict is still out. It takes a lot to wow me, especially since I have dry skin and can't use powder anything (so that's one strike against the Ambient Lighting already). That being said, I applied it yesterday as soon as I got back from my Sephora run on my lunch hour. I didn't see any difference (but I thought it could've been because I had a full face of makeup on already). About an hour later, I went to the ladies room and when I looked in the mirror, I noticed that my makeup looked better - more polished, more of an "airbrushed" look. It wasnt the dewy look that I love, but it definitely did what it claimed in regards to the blurring effect. So I took it home and decided that I am going to play with it for a few days.

I used it this morning as a finishing powder over Becca shimming perfecter liquid and the results were good again. I'm liking it, but need to figure out how to get it to work for me and my difficult dry skin. I went ahead and ordered the Mood to take advantage of the sale. For now, I think I am keeping.

Out of everything I purchased, it is this that I am most excited to try! I've been sitting here reading the reviews. I didn't even realize it was an all over face powder. Excited to get my hands on it.

Still works for VIB code. Yep, I got the Hourglass palette too! LOL I got the original as it has better reviews than the blush palette. I was worried if I waited til the 20.00 card, it would be sold out.
