Sephora Returns

I KNOW I read about this the other day, but because it did not concern me totally then, I did not pay attention enough!!! SORRY for a repeat!!!

I just placed an order today and this evening I got an email that it has been sent. I have now changed my mind, as I have found the item at a cheaper price, after thinking I had researched enough. I know there are free returns, and that I can take advantage of that. Is that the best way to do this....or do I refuse the package instead? Also, does Sephora send out letters about too many refunds? I do not live near one and I confess that I do order quite a bit and it is just not right for me. FREE shipping on returns is one of the drawing cards for me, but I do hate taking advantage of that perk, too.
