I clicked on the wrong box in my previous post. |  My October box came today and I got the box ending in 072. Don't really get why there are two lip products, but am anxious to try the Farmacy Mist.

I like the Mon Paris perfume sample quite q bit.

The hair mask is way too perfumed. Didn't do a thing for my hair at all. The Estee Edit got horrid and well deserved reviews. It's tacky and doesn't apply smoothly. No white teeth effect that I can see. If it did it might help counteract the very yellow-based Smashbox shade of matte gloss they sent. Haven't tried the other 2 things. So, not hating it this month, but certainly not loving it either.

Well, Sephora has kept it's perfect record going.  There has been a problem with every box I've received since subscribing in May, and this month was no exception!  My lip gloss was empty.  So I called, and they said they would send another one.  I asked if my feedback all these months has actually been communicated to anyone, and the rep said she "guarantees" that I will have no future problems.

So the replacement lip gloss was sent out, I received tracking info, and today it showed as delivered.  However, I didn't receive it.  So I'll be back on the phone with them tomorrow.

I feel like such a complainer, but honestly this stuff is supposed to be fun!  Why I haven't cancelled is beyond my understanding.  Nothing I've received has been all that spectacular, so I should probably just cancel and be done with it.   :-/
