Sephora New Beauty Level: VIB Rouge

Maybe this was discussed before because it sounds familiar. Sorry if this is old news.

Anyway, Sephora is preparing to roll out a new beauty level called VIB Rouge. Not sure when this is going to happen but you need to spend $1,000 per calendar year!

EDITED TO ADD: There seems to be some conflicting information about attaining Rouge status. Some blogs are saying you need to spend $1,000 but others are saying that it's $500. Also it should be starting up in the next 1-2 months.
