Like I need another reason to love Sephora, but, the Kosas Cloud Baked Powder I bought during the 20% sale fell out of the compact onto my vanity and broke.  I was able to put it back in and was figuring out the best way to use it when I saw a video (I think it was Kelly Gooch) say her's fell out and she discovered others have too.  This sounds like a quality issue to me.  I chatted with Sephora cs, told them what happened and that I've discovered it's happened with others as well.  She replaced the powder at no charge and told me to keep, discard or donate the broken one.  Just a FYI in case this has happened to you.

I've always bought my Sephora products online.  During Covid they were better than ever.  Free shipping with no minimum and lightning fast shipping.  I won't desert them now that things are pretty much back to normal.

@monicakm How do you like that powder?  I've been tempted because it gets great reviews, but haven't pulled the trigger.  I love my Charlotte Tilbury finishing powder so much can't imagine liking anything better.  Would love to find a comparable product at a better price point though or at least one with more product.  I know you love the CT powder too, how do the two compare?

So true!  They really stepped it up a notch and I  hope it paid off for them.

I don't think I'll ever go back in the store.  Mine is a baby Sephora inside JC Pennys.  They don't have a fraction of what is offered on-line so I'll continue purchasing on line forever.

I don't think I can make a good call on that yet but if I had to I'd still give it to CT.  The Kosas powder is nice but has just a hint of glow to it.  I like the Kosas enough to keep it but I haven't given it enough wear time and remembered to check it.
