Sent product back on 15th nothing showing up yet....

Usually I can track it after it gets in the post office but this time nothing at all! I dont send much back but when I do I send with QVC's return label. Always bothers me that you cant insure it but never had a problem till this time. Anyone know if there is anything I can do to find out about it?
