I have very sensitive skin, also, and primarily use IT Celebration Foundation on my face. For blush, though, I have had Laura Geller's Blush N Brighten in Pink Grapefruit for several years now without any breakouts or irritations.

I have very sensitive skin and have had luck with most powdered blushes that I use. It's the cream ones that break me out!

I use:

Tarte

Smashbox (Halo blushes)

Too Faced

LORAC
