Seeking revenge for three deep wrinkles!

I have been truley blessed with wrinkle free facial skin until about 1 year ago. I begin to notice three small fine lines trailing from the left side of my mouth down to the jaw line-now they have become deeper and to me, ruins the look of my entire face. At 67 years of age I know it is time for things to start changing, but why just in this one spot? I have used so many products from high end to low end with no improvment.Can any of you girls relate to this problem and have you any suggestions on ANY PRODUCT that can puff these things out without using the Derm's needle? I am not being vain because I can certainly live with this but my dh keeps bugging me about it.
