pepesmom, sorry you are going through a rough patch. I know we all get this way sometimes and sometimes it lasts awhile. I do think this time of the year certainly makes things worse since everyone is a bit on edge. Wait till after all the holidays are over, relax than go to threads that don't make you unhappy. I know there are people that thrive on putting others down or just aggravating a situation. I don't respond to posts like that, best to ignore them. I think they thrive on stirring things up and if you ignore them and others do the same they will soon drop out and move on. For now just take care of yourself and do whatever you have to do for yourself.

Desi, glad your cold is at least a bit better, mine too. sometimes we get ION and other times says it will be available soon but doesn't come on, who knows what is up. I set it to record a few Christmas movies this week so will see if I get anything or not.

Pepe's mom, I understand. Take a breather and if you continue to be happier staying away, that's the way to go (at least for now). You know we will miss you! That is if I continue with this thread, after all these yrs, I think maybe it's run out of steam. I will catch you and Pepe on FB. Frankly, women in the Q groups there seem even worse in some groups than here.

Doglover, sorry about Kandy. She is a trooper. Can't blame her for walking over Kristy if she can't see, poor thing.

I did spritz a Halle Berry and a Beyonce scent on a display at CVS. Not sure the names, they are the newer scents. Happy to report they faded out, unlike White Diamonds. Washed the jacket that it got sprayed on and guess what. I still smell it!

Yes, did see Castle was a repeat so didn't record or watch. The TV guide always says new for all the new shows and those as what I record. I do check to make sure first though so I don't miss a new one they may have forgotten to put new on.

pepesmom, pop in a read posts anyway and post if you feel like it. I think this time of year is hard on a lot since it is so dreary looking outside. I don't go to a lot of threads due to too much negativity. I also don't do FB due to privacy concerns so will miss you if you don't post anywhere here.

The TV Guide does make mistakes sometimes. You are wise to double-check whether it's a repeat or not. I have missed episodes by believing them, lol. I was surprised that Castle was a repeat but it made choosing what to see easier.

Desi, I think a lot of repeats right now are due to so many holiday specials plus a lot of football games. I program a full week ahead and always double check so I don't miss something.

You are right, not much to say and not much going on but maybe if more would join in there would be more to talk about and new things, play it by ear with the new year and tweak the header.

Did you read my review on LG TSV? First was okay but after using it another day, really only like the mascara and since I don't use mascara everyday the kit isn't for me. I tried to cancel AD but being it was just sent so recently said I couldn't change anything at this time so, will have to wait till I can cancel AD.

The lipstick while looks decent on(darker than what I would like) doesn't go on like regular lipstick, feels so dry and can't put it on so just sort of dab it all over. I don't know how they were able to do it on air, I couldn't. The highlighter is good under the brow area but that is all, shows up fine crows feet if you get it too close to the eye area since it is like powder and you know me and powder. The blush is too dark regardless how little I try and get plus isn't as nice on as the Tarte or some others I have tried.

The shadow is okay blended together but the lighter color used alone is too mush sheen for me, not glitter but sheen and too much so only blended together would work. I don't care for the brushes that came in it and used my other brushes for everything so, all in all, not a good deal for me for just mascara and I had such high hopes, oh well, back it goes.

Very true, if more people would post it would be easier to get new points of view and conversations going. However, not much going on here. Lot's of trolls though. A new one every week in the Health forum, webbie seems unaware. If a header is pushing a new diet, etc. with a link to buy - every week, it's pretty clear. Especially since they are worded like gibberish.

Desi, this is why I stay away from viewpoints, a lot of that going on there too. Yes, try in the new year so we can get more coming to talk and about anything but don't want controversy like in so many posts, hate when they have to be so negative and talk bad about others.

You are right, you said I it wasn't for me you didn't think and it isn't but yes, I would probably be mad at myself if I had let it go thinking I missed something good, didn't of course and will send it back.
